Commissioners are to agree to the following:
As the artist I maintain rights to all work I create in any digital or print form.
I, the artist, maintain the right to turn down any commission(s) I don't feel comfortable doing, or do not want to do without the need to explain myself or be harassed.I can issue a refund at any point if I no longer feel comfortable working with a commissioner and I am not obligated to explain why. Adoptables are all final sale, and will get no refund,I can choose whether or not to host an image publicly and I won't post artwork that is requested to stay private for a fee of $10. As you(the commissioner) are restricting me from advertising my work.The commissioner will only receive a DIGITAL COPY of the artwork, no shipping will be involved.
The commissioner may request a Work In Progress (WIP) of their commission if it is not a sketch. However asking multiple times for one every other day will result in me ignoring said request, as it becomes a nuisance.The commissioner may request anonymity on their commission both on the queue and in the gallery if desired.The commissioner may post and host the artwork they commission wherever they see fit including any roleplay websites, as long as they ensure they give me (the artist) proper credit.
The commissioner may modify or color their commission as long as credit is given where it is due, and have asked for my permission.
If payment is not received within the time given [48 hours usually] then it is within my right to decline, blacklist, as well as re-sell the slot. Unless they explain their situation to me as to why it was not paid within the time frame. From there I retain the right to allow you to have the slot or give it to the next person in waiting.
Payments and Refunds (Unless they note me with a valid reason on why they cannot pay within 48hrs)
Payment up front unless I say otherwise. I won't start until I receive the full payment. I only accept Paypal transactions or Kofi
Commissioners can get a full refund if it is 6 months after they ordered a commissioned piece and ONLY if I did not start on it. If a commissioner asks for a refund before the 6 months and I have already started they will not be refunded, however if they ask for a refund after 6 months they will only get what I (the artist ) feels is applicable, as the artist has spent time and effort on that piece.
I then have the right to recycle the sketch or progress on canceled commissions.Do not open a PayPal dispute without contacting me beforehand. I will take legal action if I feel I am being taken advantage of.
The commissioner is responsible for their own financial situation.
I do not issue refunds for the commissioner's failure to manage personal finances and/or obligations.How to Commissions Me
I will usually post an ad when I am open for business, or you may personally message me and ask if you are unsure if I(the artist) is open.
Do not take a commission slot if you aren't ready to pay, or you don't have references ready.Your commission will be void and your slot will be given up to the next interested client.Clients must understand that I, the artist, also works another job and that art is not always my priority so will take some time, if another job is taking up most of my time. I(the artist) do not need to explain what is going on within my other job as it is my private life, that contains personal information that I (the artist) is not comfortable explaining.Once I accept your commission, I will contact you via note or email (whichever you prefer) either with my PayPal address or requesting yours.
After payment is received I will request reference material. Picture reference is required UNLESS the commission is a reference, or character design, please be as specific as possible if that is the case. Do not change your references once I have started.
The commissioner will receive the full resolution at the end of the transaction.
Stream Commissions
Colored sketches at a discounted price are only available during a stream (Not offline stream) and will be open when I deem fit.
Prices of colored instream commissions are usually discounted, unless I, the artist, is doing a special. All other prices for anything else remain the same as my FA commission pricesMust be in the stream to claim any special instream discount.
